Bariga LCDA Renames Charly Boy Bus Stop to Olamide Baddo Bus Stop in Honor of Rap Star

The Bariga Local Council Development Area (LCDA) in Lagos State has officially renamed the well-known Charly Boy Bus Stop to Olamide Baddo Bus Stop. This change is a tribute to the celebrated rap artist Olamide Adedeji, popularly known as Baddo, who hails from the community.
The announcement was made by the council chairman, Kolade Alabi David, whose tenure concluded on Friday, July 25. The renaming took place during the commissioning of several community projects.

According to Chairman David, the decision to rename the bus stop, along with six other locations within the area, was made to honor outstanding individuals from Bariga who have positively impacted the community both locally and internationally through their talents and contributions.
