Nicki Minaj shocks Nigerians as she tweets in pidgin English
Nicki Minaj has grabbed the attention of Nigerians after she wrote a couple of tweets in pidgin English.

The rapper initially responded to a tweet about her that was false.
The X account had claimed: “Nicki Minaj confirmed ‘Roman In Gag City’ will be included on Pink Friday 2 deluxe.”
Nicki responded: “I must be the only person you can make money off mentioning. Go 1 day. Abeg. GO ONE FUCKING DAY WITHOUT FKNG LYING ABEG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
A Nigerian was surprised to see the “abeg” in Nicki’s tweet so they wrote: “Who Dey teach Nicki Minaj pidgin language.”
And the rapper responded: “Wetin be the confusion? I Dey have eyes o? I can read all the pidgin weh una pikin de put on my timeline every day. *SUCKS TEETH LOUDLY*”
The second tweet from Nicki further surprised Nigerians and other X users.
